1.fill above application.

2.xerox copies of ssc (10th), degree 3years short memoms (mark lists) & provisional,.

3.challan must be paid ₹75 × no of degree marks memos (e.g, 3×75).

4. Envelope cover (A4 size + postal stamps)

Must write your house address on the middle of the cover with mobile no and pincode.
